Main sewers run beneath the shaded area. As a result construction is restricted in this area. The shaded area has been designated garden and parking
Lower Ground Floor
A battery storage system charges during the night.
The lower ground has two bedrooms, a spa, a court yard and direct access to the garden at ground level
A clever battery storage system is located here. It charges from the grid during the night when energy prices are at their lowest (5p per KWh).
During the day the system switches to the battery storage system when energy prices are at their peak. (45p per KWh)
