The brief
Design an energy efficient luxury family house that does not obscure the views from the first floor surrounding buildings. Utilising the whole site, the concept must include at least three bedrooms, parking for 2 cars and a garden.

The site slopes from west to east by 1200 mm. Offering the perfect opportunity to create a lower ground floor, add floor space without increasing the over all height from ground level.
